THE THRITY-FIVE PER CENT THE CHILDREN OF THREE YEARS OLD ARE GOING TO KINDER GARDENS THAT FINANCE THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
The thirty-five per cent the children of three years old are going to kinder gardens that finance the Community of Madrid which going to build this year fifty-eight schools, secondary education and kinder gardens at a rate of a new public centre by week. The president of the Community of Madrid has indicated that the Community situates high above the important Countries of the European like France, Germany or United Kingdom on percentage of younger students of three years schooling, despite that this stage isn’t obligatory. For that, it has stood out that the Government of Madrid sends a one hundred thirty millions euros this year to build thirty-eight kinder gardens, ten schools, seven secondary educations and one idioms school or adult centre and to increase others forty-six, and in the actually, there are three thousand two hundred and forty centres education on the Community nearly the half of them are the public titles. The President of the Community of Madrid has remembered that the red public of kinder gardens of Madrid have going to count in this year with four hundred and thirty centres and the total offer of places for children of 0-3 years old ascend to a hundred and two thousand and five hundred of which more of seventy percent of them are keeping with public funds of the Community. Also there add twenty-nine thousand and fifty hundred checks-kinder gardens that the Community has distributed in this course and suppose them an expense of thirty-three with seven millions of euros.
Opinion: I’m agree with this news and I think that it is important that the Community invest public funds to build new kinder garden, because is necessary for that the parents could go to work and they are calm and the children to be care adequately while the parents go out. With this increase Spain will be at the same level that European.
I totally agree with Andrea, because all of us know that kinder gardens are not compulsory, that´s why parents must pay for them if they want their children to attend them. But we should know some parents can´t pay for that service and they need it, so it´s a good idea to invest in public kinder gardens.
I think too that this new idea will be better for children and their parents because having more kindergardens and schools, it can give the possibility for a lot of children to go to them and learn earlier and easier if the kindergardens are nearer their houses. Also this idea give more time for the parents to go to their places of job more relaxed, without stress. And making real this proposition the better thing they have done, has been doing it real with public money.
It's a interesting new, Andrea. In the past, in Spain, was not usual that had got kindergardens because after, the mother hadn't got a job, but now is more frequent that the mother and father work and the haven't got time to care their child. so I think it is important that more kindergardens; also, although it not obligatory, I think that lead children before school, is better for your develop.
I like this new. I agree with you with the principal aim of this is that the parent that work all day, they can leave their children in the kinder garden and is very good for the develope of the children and also that the Government of Madrid finance this schools is fantastic!
i almost like this new too, it´s importan tah te comunuty improve our funds in the kinder garden, because of the importance of the education of the children in that ages and to be supervisate for a cuality and prepared teachers who knows the way the children need to learn and if the have any problem or a mental handicap that kind of people can solve it. I believe that is very well that Madrid feels strongly about education and that they are dedicated enough (to education) to invest such a large sum of money into the creation of more schools. Is important that nearly half of the schools will be public because it provides an opportunity to some people who otherwise would not have one. Moreover I think it is good to begin educating children at a young age because younger children learn quicker and that the parents can go work without concerns
I'm totally acord with you. It seems to me very likely that the majority of the infant schools are financed by the condition since the whole world needs an education and every father wants that his children receive it, have or not money. For it I believe that it is good, since to have more or less money is a question in order that anybody does not receive a good education from small.
Maria M.M I think govermment should work more in this idea of building more kinder garden schools or all types of public school because there aren´t many public kinder garden school so if children´s parents want them to be save somewhere where they can be educatedated from 0 to 3 years old they have to pay a lot of money because they'll have to go by the private way. I hope this wont be a problem any more from now.
I believe this initiative is good because in many families, parents work and don't know with whom to leave their children and whether children's schools is encouraged, children will be well cared for while their parents work.
I agree with andrea, with this proyect i think that the parents will be able work less worry of where leave his child, this way the children get used to a schedule of school and they will be better prepared when schools start,on the other hand with kinder garden is a good way to increase the work.
