  1. MORE THAN 900 STUDENTS THIS COURSE WILL USE DIGITAL TEXTBOOKS

    The new material will be introduced on a pilot basis in 12 schools in Sevilla

    A total of 964 students used this course Sevilla textbooks and instructional materials in digital format. This plan will be launched in 12 public educational facilities in the province of Seville, an experimental courses in fifth and sixth grade and seventh grade. The initiative of the Ministry of Education, part of the School ICT Plan 2.0, aims to continue progress in the integration of information technology and communication in schools.

    The Ministry of Education has already informed the heads of colleges and institutes which are involved in this project with the aim of raising awareness of the implementation timetable and the introduction of the classroom material. The centers have been incorporated in the draft can choose three modes. The first is a digital book that will be selected for at least three subjects. This will be hosted on internal servers on a center line, ie through a digital platform in the old computer. The second mode is the coexistence of digital book printing and basic material. In this case the connection will be off line, ie through a different medium to the computer (flash drive, dvd or cd). Finally, are the centers they develop their curriculum materials, they can do it in digital format.

    In my opinion ... in some cases this technology in classrooms has grown in an exaggerated manner. This reference may be a breakthrough or instead of a major setback. On the one hand improve the level of technology in schools, but instead would diminish the basic skills of teachers. In this way the jobs of teachers, staff of publishing companies, and also decrease the work of teachers in the classroom would be almost invisible. So I think that the digitization of education must go slowly and do not grow in a brutal way, because if you do, destroy the whole environment of classical education and will be forward to all those who are involved in making a good educational work.

    I totally agree with María cause this new fashion of Technological comunication it´s growing too fast in the schools right now.
    I think is good to teach children how to survive in this new world with new technologies. Let them know how to use a computer or for example when to use a mobile phone, but everything on time. Kids are always kids they need to learn first how to write on a paper, how to talk , how to read, how to play and comunicate with other kids,etc.
    It´s true that it´s very easy writting on the computer or looking for information on the internet or can take our class notes on the internet better than writting them on class or attend to class.But then for what are teachers on this world? we need to know that technologies are good for some things but not for all. teachers are something very important in aur lives even if we don´t like them, because they teach us everything we will have to apply on the future and they'll know how to solve our questions. I don´t think the last part could be solve by computers.

    It is true that, as Maria says, the development of new technologies may adversely affect employees involved in this sector but despite this we must realize that we live in computerized and digital world. The introduction of these advances provides more opportunities and areas for education in collaboration with the vital work of teachers in the classroom. Therefore we must therefore find ways to coexist with the new technologies without harming society.

  5. I'm agree with Maria because it's true that it's necessary to teach children how to use the technology for they future because nowadays everything works with technology. But there is an inconvenient, because using technology (computers, digital books,...) dificult the teacher-pupils relationship, because students can be distracted looking for other things and not the things which teacher told . So yes is good improve the use technology but all on his time.

  6. In my opinion using technology at class is something new; and like everything new you can´t introduce it quickly, because it would be a mess. That´s why i thnk that it should be introduced little by little. This way it will be beneficial for teachers and student.
    In the other hand i think that as Andrea says, it makes the comunication beetween teachers and students more difficult. Because children will be distracted and they won´t pay atention to the explanation.

  7. I’m agree with the Maria’s opinion. I think that technology is positive to the students, because nowadays, anybody could live without internet, computers, TV or mobile phones. Computers improve and facilitate the search for information for children and do their work faster, but, in a lot of cases, they are negative. For example, children could be vague with handwriting and make more grammatical errors and they could worse the relationship with the teacher.
    In conclusion, technology is good but we must use it head.

    In mi opinion, i'm agree with her because internet is very important nowadays because we can find a lot of information and is a way to find things quickly. But in the otrher hand, I'm not agree with the project of using tecnology for educating the people of a class, I think teachers cant be sustituated by tecnology because tecnology couldent explain as well as the teachers.

Well, at first I must say that this changes are better in a way and worse in another way, I mean, if children have digital books, they don't need to carry on with all that text books on their backs,this is a problem for their wealth.But, on the other hand with this methods, the all life books will disapear and this is too sad to let it happens.The best option from my point of view will be have electronic books but only in the main subjets.

  10. The first thing that I must mention is that I will make a comment before on the articles since otherwise all the ideas are already above mentioned and I have to repeat, thing that really I hate (lol).And now, once done this explanatory clause I will say my serious opinion about the topic.
    In my opinion as almost everything, this change has advantages and disadvantages, on the one hand the advantages it would be the comfort of not having to carrywith the heavy books of text,and the falicity that supposses using digital books, but on the other hand it is very disapointing that the text books are in their way to get lost and with them some other places such as libraries and book shops.
    In reference to the teachers' roll in this matter i think that they will be affected by this change, since it will change radically the traditional way of educating.

    I´m agree with Maria´s view. Today we couldn´t live without technology because we need to communicate, to work ,.... But also sometimes abused and this is especially bad for children who commit a lot of spelling mistakes, and lose face to face relations.
    From my point of view I think we should use technology because it´s essential, but not abused.

  13. On the one hand I think is very good that the new technologies to grow so fast and digital books are introduced instead of having to carry those books so heavy that damagge our backs.
    But on the other hand entering the digital books in the classroom will make many people lose their jobs, it is fair to lose jobs for the health of our children, I think so.

  14. First of all, I think that new technologies are nowadays very essential in our society. That´s why I agree with all my classmates that to use digital textbooks at schools is very convenient.

    In my opinion, textbooks have many advantages: they can store many books, they do not weight and children and everybody can increase the letters of the words.

    In conclusion, the Governments should help primary and secondary schools to get this kind of books.
